After gathering and submitting all the required documents, I was straight away declined. I was expecting other options will be offered but nothing. Just a waste of time. Went to my bank instead and got approved. I will not recommend them based on my experience.
Yet again, money paid into my NZCU account has not shown up yet. It is bad enough that you have to wait until after 2am the day following the deposit to get access to your funds, but every now and again their system has a glitch....funny that...and you have to wait until after 12pm the next day. Now being told it will be processed overnight, so a wait of 36 hours to received money credited to the account by a government agency.Kiwibank, here I come.
I recommend NZCU to anyone, for banking and affordable loan interest rates for all of us who are struggling financially. They offer scholarships for kids primary or secondary schools
Transferred money between my accounts using app today and money didn't transfer. Nzcu app doesn't have say maintenance or not available on Sundays so going to make a complaint through fraud line.
Shocking, statements dont come up straight away, theyre all over the place with dates here and there, not showing transactions properly, all these chargers .50c & $1.50 charge every transaction plus extra when using online, then cant see how much it was until 2 days later coz it doesnt come up straight away. Keep changing theyre banking system, and after all that still get charged a $5 admin fee on top of the chargers from using your card. Theyve just gone from good to ok to bad to worse.
