   Be advised that an employee at this business, Rachel, is currently the subject of civil proceedings and a police investigation concerning the disappearance of extremely valuable personal property that was stored at this location. Although she presents as sweet, fragile, or victimised, her behaviour has been psychologically manipulative, harmful, abusive, and deceitful, as acknowledged by qualified professionals. She has attempted to shift blame onto others, including her employer, and has made no effort to recover the missing items, despite clear communication and repeated requests. Legal action is now underway. As she has attempted to blame her boss for the missing items, I also have concerns about potential involvement from others at this business, which is why I have left this review. Rachel is not a safe person to deal with, and I strongly recommend seeking services elsewhere. I understand that leaving a review like this is serious. However, what she has done, and the way she treats others, is extremely serious, is being taken seriously by the authorities, and it deserves to be known to warn and protect others from potential harm. Note: Any response to this review may attempt to distort facts or shift blame, as this has been a consistent pattern. The individual has already been caught in written inconsistencies and falsehoods. This behaviour is documented and forms part of the ongoing legal and evidentiary process. Proceed with caution.
