I’ve been shopping at this store since 2017, back when they were near the roundabout. The girls have always been friendly and helpful. But the vibe has changed since this senior lady started working there. She didn’t seem interested in helping—barely answered my question about the product, didn’t bother checking the stock, made me wait around for 15 minutes, and still didn’t bring the item or let me know if they had it or not. Especially considering there weren’t many people shopping around, it just felt like she didn’t care.
Worst customer service ever. There were at least 3 or 4 girls working none of them greeted me they were busy talking amongst themselves which is okay no problem with that but I asked a question and one of them answered in a very uninterested manner. I wanted to also browse some kids stuff so I asked another lady this time where their kids stuff was and she was better than the first one and directed me to the kids store. I then had to come back to the women’s store to buy a pair of sunglasses and I knew which ones I wanted and it was only 5:20pm there were still 10 mins for the store to close and these girls had locked the store and didn’t let me in. They didn’t even hear me out that I only wanted to pay for a pair of sunglasses which would take 2 mins max. One of them waved at me from inside and asked me to leave saying they were closed. Even I work in retail and I have never told a customer to leave saying the store is closed 10 mins before the time and I wanted to buy stuff cause I’m traveling and I specially took the time out to go to Onehunga today from Henderson just to buy a few things for my trip which I won’t get a chance for anymore.
I’m so glad to have such a wonderful experience in this shop, the staff are so polite and helpful, especially the manager who has great patience to help me what I need to do, thanks so much for the service and will be there next time!
Overpriced!! It was supposed to be an outlet shop. Why would you pay $39.95 for a baby's top that you can get for $4 at KMart.... Just for a LABEL??? It's a baby's top for heavens sake. One puke and it's DONE.
Never been but seems nifty. One of the workers is kinda average, almost get the vibe that they're bullying me but I'm sure they have a good heart *edit: she said "pls" and I think I'm about to get a tour of God's Crib. Gonna run before she gets me.
Would be nice if they lady behind the counter had acknowledged customers such as myself in store rather than standing behind the counter for 20 minutes (that I was present in store) and not looking up. Lovely clothes though.
A staff member here was super lovely and helpful in my quest to buy a friend some earrings. Not only dig she dig out a bunch more earrings from the back room but price checked my top selections and gave her honest opinion. Would go back just to see her smiley face!
