   Malo e lelei my daughter and I came into your store yesterday Saturday 13th Sept unannounced Helen was so warm & welcoming. Although she was assisting a family at the time she ensured we were well welcomed. I loved the way Helen was so enthusiastic, empowering & hyping my daughter and the other girl finding their ball gown.    I had such a great experience at Ball Dresses Direct! The staff are always incredibly welcoming - even when they are busy. They take the time to help you into the dress and maximise its full potential to ensure you find what you’re looking for. This made the whole process fuss free and relaxing. There was a beautiful range of dresses in different styles and sizes and VERY well priced. I found the perfect one for my upcoming event. I also really appreciated that I didn’t feel any discrimination or unfair treatment being a brown girl and plus-size. Unlike other stores in Auckland where people have ignored, been unhelpful and come across as rude and cold, Ball Dresses Direct delivers a genuine and friendly service. Parking was readily available and the shop is easy to find! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a special occasion outfit - shout out to Helen for helping us girls find the perfect dress and making it such an enjoyable 10/10 experience.

   The owner was super friendly and welcoming, she helped me choose a dress that would best suit my body type and complexion. However, the store is very small and quickly becomes cramped when others arrive, and the styles are very limited. The prices are also very high, even more so than other stores such as Juli Bridal and Seedling. They DO offer one of a kind pieces though.

   This ball dress store is amazing! The employees made me feel welcome as soon as I stepped in. I love their dresses and inclusive sizing, which is rare in other stores. It was fun and stress-free to try on several gowns in my size. The employees gave me advise without pressuring me. They went above and beyond to find my event attire. The outfits and prices were amazing. I never felt taken advantage of, and the staff was always honest about pricing and changes. I recommend this ball dress shop to anyone searching for a gorgeous dress and a great shopping experience.

   Absolutely disgusting attitude. We drove 6.5 hours just to go to this store. Had been communicating with these people for 2 months. I had my 6month old baby. Whom 100% wouldn't have touched a thing and they turn us away at the door. The owner was stuck up. Rude and No Compromise would be made. Absolutely disguted. Don't recommend these people at all. Would definitely not support this business.

   10/10! Absolutely lovely experience. I tried on 10+ dresses and the lady was amazing. She helped me choose dresses that would fit my body type. Considering I'm quite small, there were quite a few options for those of smaller sizes. Even though it was fairly busy, she took the time to help everyone and it was a very supportive environment. There is a great variety of dresses in all sizes. The lovely lady helps give suggestions for potential alterations which was very helpful. Extremely happy with my dress and I can't wait to wear it to my final school ball. If you are looking for a dress, I would definitely recommend coming here.
