Not good guys - takes forever to get through to your 'customer service'. Then the redelivery for Friday is - 'Oh nah he's gonna bring it Monday' Why? It was ordered for Friday. You guys are literally 2km from my house and you can't manage a simple redelivery.
No delivery updates at all so undeliverable since no one is expecting a parcel, then we have to pay for delivery
