Pro Tip: Dominion Road can be quite busy so if you don’t manage to get a to get a car park right out front there are loads of parking spaces on the side street which is very close by.

   I can’t review the legal side of things and can only assume it is good enough. This is the reason why I gave 3 stars and not just 1. My experience has been on the phone and a few emails and from a purely relational view it was appalling. From the secretary telling me that she would not like to have a surname such as mine to receiving an email after 10 days waiting for an answer which did not even have the basic courtesy of saying Hi or Good Morning or apologising for the delay or even a kind regards at the end, this did not play at all well. The email was one line with a letter attached that must have taken 30min to draft while a 5 min phone call would have sufficed to clear everything and at least build on the relationship side that was really lacking. I mentioned the rudeness and was only met with no apologies and an email (to be fair, this one was mentioning Good Afternoon) saying that we should not go any further. As I said I cannot comment on their legal abilities which may well be up to standard, only on how I was treated which was dreadful and I do hope this was just a bad day or week for them and not how they usually handle any prospective clients.
