   Excellent service and advice. 4 Stars as there's always room for improvement, but dam you guys are good to deal with..... Brought all my snow gear from Snow Centre and have been impressed with their knowledge, service and attitude. Brought a pair of Burton snowboard boots a year ago and have had sore feet since, just recently call them to see if there was anything they could do to help me, they were only to happy to have a look and ended up doing a complete boot fit up for me at no cost other than a sole insert. They now feel so much better and I'm now looking forward to spending 8 days in Queenstown hitting the slopes. Really impressed with your saff and the service they have given me everytime I come in, alway happy to give advice and have a genuine chat about my adventures. Keep up the excellent work Snow Centre.

   I went to get my first pair of ski boots fitted and was very impressed by the knowledge and expertise of the staff. Josh had me try on as many pairs of boots as it took to get the perfect fit and was able to explain the differences between each one. Hamish helped with making the custom foot bed and provided excellent communication and product knowledge the whole time. The people at Snowcentre aren’t your average retail employees. They are skiers, boarders and prime examples of what salespeople should be. Thanks team!

   Thanks Hamish for a perfect set up - you did well convincing my other half that after only one season skiing i didn't need full Pow skis 109mm++++. Boots still feel amazing - excellent heat treating and tuning. Boots & skis arrived in Nelson FOC 4 days later - just need the snow now. Many thanks.

   Was looking for used ski and snowboard gear and found this place. Heaps of options for used ski gear not so much for snowboard. No one assisted us until we approached a staff but all good as it was pretty busy at the time. They have a pretty big area as well so not too crowded when trying out boots and other gear. I think they have a workshop too and they can repair or service your ski or snowboard. There was also free parking which is very convenient for Newmarket.
