    Wife and I bought a dress at closing time 8:55pm, went home, realized one of the belt loop was broken, took it in the next day around 10am for an exchange, was told it is not their fault that the item has a flaw on it, my wife insisted and was given terrible service before an eventual exchange. Yes we got what we wanted, but had to jump through hoops and it was an unpleasant experience. Not recommended and quite disappointing.

    I went to H&M new market to exchange a pair of pants. The manager there refused to do the exchange saying that their systems are different and he can’t exchange product bought in another store without the receipt . I did not have the receipt, but I had the proof of purchase (bank statement). The product had the tag On and was in original condition. Being a retail manager myself, this was beyond my belief. How is this possible that an international brand has their systems different for all stores. Replacement at any store is one of the basic service provided by all brands. I had to go back all the way to H&M commercial Bay in order to do an exchange. Really disappointed with their approach towards basic providing customer service .

    This store wouldn’t make the shortlist for the best H&M stores I’ve visited, but it’s solid nonetheless. I just find that they are always out of stock of the exact things I’m looking for, and the service always seems to be a little subpar. Walked out empty handed again, due to the above.     Awful and Lazy staff. I mean it's OK that you don't wanna smile and treat customers kindly but to go out of the way to make someone's experience miserable is lame. Not shopping here again I can say that much.

    4 stars for the baby clothing. We found heaps cute and organic cotton baby clothes at this store. Happy with the quality and the price. Didn’t see many staff around for supporting customer just a poor young guy was very busy during a busy time.
