Bit wonky. If you book a vehicle and you are a tad late, it's bad luck. They aren't proactive in fact it's your privilege to use them would be more of how it feels. Can't assess their work, just first experience us a yeah nah moment

There was no reception area. One guy looked puzzled to see me and weren't so welcoming, told me his boss was out and should wait and make a booking. He wasn't rude or anything but the place was just a little awkward... I ended up going to another place instead in Onehunga to get the job done fast!
