Went there with my kids to have haircut , this barbar with flashy display certificate (best barber) is indeed the worst of all. Such rude behaviour and disrespectful conversation , moreover the haircut is noway professionl either. I think this shop will be better off if they get rid of rude person with worse skills. Last time went there , an indian guys did good job and thats reason opted them second time. WON'T EVER GO THERE AGAIN , NOT RECOMMENDED . Mend your ways folks !

The poorest customer service these guys could offer. Absolutely no idea what's wrong with the 2 staff I encountered yesterday. One was a Indian dude who had absolutely zero passion for haircuts and pretended like he knew what he was doing when he clearly DOESNT, and the other dark looking skin dude who didnt know how to talk to customers. AND WHY would you close the shop at 5.30PM when website says you close AT 6PM, MAKE UP YOUR MIND PEOPLE. YOU GUYS DONT KNOW HOW TO CUT HAIR. both staff here have zero experience in dealing with customers. If you are going for a haircut here next time, I beg DO NOT go. Instead, go to JT Haircut just few blocks away from this Awful barber shop.

Probably one of the worst experiences of my life. First of all the customer service is terrible, they’re impolite and extremely obnoxious . The barber blatantly ignores what I request and simply does whatever haircuts he feels like. The Ethiopian guy also always cuts more than I ask for?!? Personally I’d be better off taking a pair of scissors and trying it myself. On top of all that he has the audacity to charge ridiculous prices. Highly don’t recommend.

I got my keratin hair treatment on best deal from Hair Club and Nandini gave me best service and I’m pleased with the result. Good customer service from very friendly staff. And I would say this wasn’t possible without Naaz who has done everything with commendable politeness and kindness. Good work Naaz :)
