   What a great company to deal with for any problems. palms you off on to the dealer who in turn said not our problem as its work related to alteration and not covered under warranty with on there part is fair enough . Call then back to explain the warranty with the dealer to be told we can't deal with you as you were not company who ordered the work (ACC) even through the van was for us as they were fully aware and dealt with us all the way through the process. The quality of the finishes is also questionable but thats a hole new story. Then to top it all off, last week flat tyre tried to drop the spare only to be block from doing so by the tow bar so a hour later and one bend wheel holder later courtesy of a crow bar got home, so the care and attention to detail of the work leaves much to be desired. And don't just write on here as a reply call us as i did that in the first instance and go nowhere so what would of changed now..

   DO NOT USE! I would give them no stars. Very disappointed with my two Volkswagen Crafter Minibuses. 1) installed a PA system but they didn't put in speakers. 2) Towbar was so high I couldn't open rear doors when a trailer was attached 3) Installed wrong model electric door and it does not open from the outside 4) failed to get the correct compliance when modified. This is just a few of the things wrong with the fitout. Have been emailing the manager Daniel Stanners for months and he just ignores my emails.

   Got a fit-out kit installed recently in my electricians' Van by Auto Transform and WHAT AN AWESOME EXPERIENCE! The kit is strong and solid, really great quality. Completely quiet as well while driving around, no rattling or squeaky noises. Love the bottom cabinet doors that open to the top and all other doors and drawers have lock-in-place mechanisms with quick releasers built into the handles. So no doors or drawers flying open even when heavily loaded. Nice new floorboard installed as well with a bit of a rough texture to prevent items from sliding around. Absolutely fantastic experience with the sales and design teams!! They responded almost immediately, understood exactly what I wanted with my poor example pictures and provided me with detailed draughts for my approval in record time. Got the Van delivered to them and the job was done to perfection in only one week. They communicated promptly and kept me up to date and even sent me pictures after the job was done! I highly recommend Auto Transform as they DO NOT disappoint!!

   very unhappy. these guys built me a tipper on the back of a new ute. we use this for firewood. not even a year old and is falling appart. put steal fixings into aluminum. never holds. would not recommend useing these guys. i have little faith in there workmanship.
