   They are unreliable. I had booked an appointment for a WoF inspection several days in advance for 8:00 AM on Saturday. When I arrived on time, the shop was still closed. I waited in the freezing cold—around 3°C—for them to show up. At 8:15, someone finally arrived and told me their technician wasn’t coming in today, so they couldn’t do the WoF at all. Very disappointing and unprofessional.

   Worst service ever received in Auckland. Even too much expensive. No rspect. Same thing as well heard from my friend but my bad I got feedback from him later when I told him about their service. Never come back at this place . Still water standing in boot so they never done their job properly.

   Wow wow wow....these guys are amazing. They are the ninjas in their field. Especially, Gaurav who manage to sort out the brake pads and rotors within a couple of hours and fixing my car. Their charges are very reasonable.

   Outstanding service. Came off the motorway with a check engine light and low pressure tire warning. Walked in and nothing was a problem. Back on the road in 40 minutes. Highly recommend and saved my engine from blowing up. A++ from me.

   I would give this place a five-star rating anytime. But they have changed management. The previous owner was friendly and professional. I got car repaired here and the cost was reasonable. In fact, he would go for the extra mile to ensure everything is fixed and even more. When I returned to repair another car, I requested a quotation, and after more than a week, I hadn't heard from them. What a disappointment!

   I had an amazing experience with Drury Auto Services - when my oil light came on just before I was to go on the motorway - so stopped at the nearest petrol station to get some oil.... I was so lucky that the Drury Auto Services (situated next to the petrol station) was just about to close but they re-opened at 7pm on a Friday night - to do an oil change for me - was so so grateful for the great service where most would not want to know about helping out at that time of night... great friendly service and even called me the next day to make sure I got home safely. Couldn't ask for better service and care.

   Outstanding Service would recommend this garage to anyone. We had our European car at previous garage in Auckland but the Bmw still developed problems afterwards.and cost allot of money.I decided to try local Drury Auto Services. He went above and beyond to figure out and managed to sort the problem.Did great Job on diagnosing more problems. He communicated each step and worked on my strict budget.I was so inpressed and give permission to do full service . It is hard to find mechanics who you can trust on your little investment . I have already booked my Mercedes Van for service it is great to do business with honest people. Thank you for everyone who was involved for the repairs of my car it is still flying.
