Excellent service, prompt and pragmatic. Dave's advice saved me money! I thought I'd need a new fridge but he was able to swiftly solve my problem. Because he's been in the industry so long, he knows the appliance products and the little quirks of various brands. No replacement needed! Many technicians would have told me to replace the older machine.
Dave went above and beyond to help sort a replacement drier when ours died outside of the warranty. Polite, responsive and made everything hassle free. Highly recommend you get him in to look at any appliances that are having issues before you fork out $$$ on replacements.
If everybody ran their business with the knowledge, diligence and communication skills as Dave does, the world would be a better place. Old school competence, experience, punctuality and courtesy. Highly recommended - you wont find better.
Dave was great to deal with. Once I sent him the details of my broken oven, he was around the next working day and fixed it within 20 mins. Very reasonably priced too. 10/10 would recommend

Awesome to deal with, didn't respond as quickly as I would have liked BUT did contact me and set up a day and time, let me know when he was on his way, explained to me why I needed what I needed and was really well priced for a weekend call out. Would definitely use again
I am a property manager, called for a appliance service for a rental property in Karaka back in July,2022, info given but they never called the tenant. called again in September told me will get in touch with the tenant and never happened again. called in Nov to ask if they have visit the property, got told off impolitely by asking me why dont i give the tenant a call! why is it so hard for an appliance repairer to call the tenant and find out the issue? very unprofessional!
