You usually need a lawyer for high stress situations, a lawyer that is calm, knowledgable, detail focused, personable and honest just makes life so much easier. Terrible experience with dealing with lawyer Frankie in this firm. Their is a serious lack of professionalism around communicating any legal fee changes. I was quoted a price and then confirmed this price face to face with the lawyer when signing off papers only to be surprised with a significantly higher fee at the end of the sale of property process. There is a serious lack of professionalism and communication from the lawyer and when I emailed with my concerns around lack of communication I didnt even get a reply. I certainly am very disappointed and will not be using Murdoch price in future.
