It was hard to find a good, honest mechanic till we found these guys. We have been going to them for a couple of years now & they are amazing. They are honest, reliable & the prices are really good. We are currently looking to purchase a car, & we took one for the pre purchase assessment and they gave us the best advice on which cars to stay away from & which ones we should look at. So grateful for Bhavin and the team. They are awesome at what they do.
Rip Off! I won't be back. I only wanted a oil filter change & WOF, I was quoted $230 over the phone FOR BOTH I HAVE ( I have recorded call to prove it), but I was charged $305. There is no transparency — they don’t communicate anything beforehand and only tell you about price changes after all the work is done, the receptionist told me there is a slight change because I haven't had a service since last year yet I was on maternity leave since last time it was serviced and I barely used my car so I knew she was lying. They even topped up my windscreen fluid WITHOUT asking, I would have preferred communication before doing anything I didn't ask for windscreen fluid and wish they would have communicated this beforehand even if it was free they should have told me as I do my OWN fluid top up and DID NOT CONSENT TO THAT!!!. I felt pressured to pay with my kids tired and hot, waiting. Be careful — get any quotes in writing before they start work! I won't be back, and will be sharing my experience throughout social media, be careful mums out there!!!!
Took my car in today for a WOF and service - Bhavin is incredibly honest and will make sure your car is top-notch before it leaves the shop. My previous mechanics did not advise me that my engine was building up condensation, causing my oil to become milky. Bhavin engine flushed the entire thing and advised me of all the steps I needed to take to continue monitoring it and from preventing it from happening again. It was also nice that Bhavin went the extra mile and topped up my windscreen washer fluid and topped up the nitrogen in my tyres, things that you would normally forget to look at and do yourself. 100000% recommend Enhanced Motors and Bhavin, will be back for my next service.
The most amazing people to work with. Very hard working and very thorough. Not only were they very efficient, but they were also incredibly transparent. They were honest and genuinely cared about what was best for me as a customer and my needs. I could not recommend anyone better for the job; it's a fantastic company with fantastic people. Why go anywhere else? We have been regular customers of enhanced for close to 3 years, during the Akl floods when they had to shut down for repair, we had to go somewhere else and needless to say, I was so happy when they were open again! Bhavin and his team give the best customer service, and are always authentic and work with integrity. They are fast and do quality work, they are honest and will be very upfront with what needs to be done right away and give clear time lines for items that aren't as urgent.
