Arrived and was treated with great customer service, there was great communication and they were very punctual and helpful. Went over to get a tail light. Got a call saying it will be a little late etc. I arrived and a young maori bloke greeted me, offered me coffee and a chat. 100% top fella and his hospitality was amazing. Even though I had to wait a bit of time this fella made it a better wait. He is an asset to his company
8.25am this morning on beach road papakura a guy in one of your big 4door utes went to cut me off I then beeped as was unsure if he seen me as he then proceeded to pull the fingers at me even tho he was at fault. Maybe it made him feel tough i don't know. One star for poor staff behavior. Maybe the gentleman driving needs to get driving lessons and try a anger management program.
These guys are absolutely legendary AMAZING!! Quick replies, fast service, easy going friendly bunch, above an beyond helpful and the cherry on the cake is they have the best prices by far right across auckland HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
Called up, was going well, called up again when they didn't get back to me. They hung up on me twice and weren't very polite. Found another wrecker quickly that was way more efficient with much better service.
