The quality of their workmanship is second to none – my car looks as good as new, and you’d never know it had been damaged.    Santu interacts very warmly with his customers. His quote was very competitive compared to other quotes I received, and the quality of work was very good. He even did a little extra paint work that needed doing for no extra charge as well. On top of that, he had a courtesy car available that made getting to work much easier while my car was being worked on. I don’t often write reviews but I’m happy to do so for customer service like this that genuinely goes the extra mile.

   I left my trusty 2005 black Nissan Tiida with Santu and his team recently, hoping they could spruce up its sad appearance so that I could sell it. Bonnet, roof and hatchback door were desperately in need of repainting. His estimate for the job was by far the best we were given. Well! I was surprised to be called 2 days later to collect the car and I could barely recognise it! It beamed its beautiful shiny new paint job at me and the team had thrown in repainting of mirror backs and window surrounds at no extra charge! I was charged exactly my estimate and Santu smilingly threw in a free cut and polish . Unbelievably good service from this business. The premises are immaculate and customer service from the whole team is top class. The car looks so good now that we have decided to keep it. Thank you so much Hibiscus Coast Panelbeaters.    My car had its front smashed in badly during a crash three weeks ago. The ownership of Hibiscus Coast Panelbeaters had changed since I last used them so I wasn't sure what to expect. The owner Santu and the team there couldn't have been more helpful, right from the start, providing me with a courtesy car when they were obviously a bit stretched in that area, to keeping in contact about progress with the insurance company (which the insurance company was very poor at), to lastly doing repairs of the highest standard. An unexpected surprise was that they cleaned the car to really high standard before I picked it up. 5 out 5 :-)

   5⭐️ service from HIBISCUS COAST PANEL BEATERS on whangaparaoa Road. Fantastic service given from Santu. I needed to get a rust spot fixed on my car (which ended up being a bigger job) he had it done and back to me in 4 days, kept me updated throughout and talked me through the processes to ensure I fully understood what was happening. Best part was that it didn't cost the earth. Left with a smile and a clean polished car. Definitely recommend if you need any bumps, scrapes, rust fixed, or a service!!
