The new owners are fabulous! The store is clean, tidy and now clutter free! It’s easy to find things and they have some great monthly specials. Excellent friendly customer service. Highly recommend!!!!
Visited just last week. This is a great liquor store. Also, found out that it is under new management from now on. Customer service is excellent and also store hours have extended for all days which is amazing. A wide variety of products and deals at store. If you like looking for great deals then do not miss shopping at this location.
My Husband Terry and I frequently pop into Melton Rd Liquor Spot and find the young shop assistant most friendly, respectful and accommodating. He always has a smile and helps us with our purchase by putting the box in our car. 10/10 service.
I've been a regular since Melton Road Liquor Spot opened, best customer service, prices and selection in the area. Never had any issues, often stopping for a chat with the friendly staff on the way out. Will continue to be my regular while I'm in Auckland. Cheers guys!

Very poor service, I would rate less than 1 star... I have been a customer for a long time.. since then he has been so rude to me buh I have never minded. Few days ago. when I asked for Diwali offer... he said this not India , this is NZ ... y u ask me such offer to us with a rude attitude tone. he should have said we don’t have Diwali offer.. that’s the possible answer someone could ever give... this is so offending to me, becus I’m an immigrant. Kindly chuck him out of the job. Otherwise you will lose loyal customers like me. Next time I don’t wanna see him in the store. His name is Sharry. Found it from Facebook.

The guy behind the counter has terrible customer service skills. He doesnt know that he needs to pack in the customer shopping bag! Twice I have been there and both occasions I had to pack myself.
