   "I trust them whenever I need to have items shipped from Korea to New Zealand. Air freight is delivered weekly, so it's incredibly fast (usually within a week!), and sea freight is surprisingly quick, even faster than I expected. Best of all, the shipping costs are reasonable, and the service quality is top-notch, so I'm always satisfied. They keep me informed of the status of my shipments and are always helpful and responsive to my inquiries, so I feel comfortable using them. I plan to continue using them in the future!"

   Extremely terrible services provided by Pin Cargo LTD. I wouldn’t recommend them to any companies seeking Customs brokage services due to their arrogant attitude, unprofessional conduct, low service quality. As I keep mentioning to them that we are the first-time importer with little customs clearance experience, so we initially counted on them to provide the guidance and instruction in timely manner. They always sent us this last-minute request. From our perspective, a lot of documentation could have been prepared way earlier to avoid the detention charges. We believe a good and well-trusted broker will ask their clients to fully prepare - in advance rather than a very late notice - all the documents that are going to be requested by the Customs. In our case, Silver from their team asked for the original Fumigation Certificate at the last minute requested by MPI. They should advise the required listing to us way earlier! And they asked us to submit by ourselves by walking to the MPI (She didn’t even check the actual correct office is in Auckland not Wellington! We wasted our time to go to the wrong office). We provided all the documents on time requested from Silver on time at very early phase. As our broker, they didn’t review Packing List appropriately which caused delay of the Customs inspection. We could have had sufficient time to get well prepared. However, this was not the case because of their lack of experience. When it came to the time of releasing our cargo, Silver disappeared and rejected to answer our phone calls. Their other staff told us to deal with the warehouse by ourselves as they were not willing to. The whole process has made us a big financial loss to cover the detention cost and storage fees for the Cargo. If you are small business and don’t want to have a lot of troubles, waste your time in ineffective and inefficient communication (I don’t think Silver can speak English well as there were always no response when we chatted with her in English) and LOST YOUR MONEY, STAY AWAY from this company. I will definitely give them a ZERO rate if Google Review has this function!

   Really insincere replies and responses... Annoying man... Even after requesting an invoice, he hasn't received an invoice for a month due to uncertain answers and no news... It must be that he's exhausting himself like this and eventually giving up...
