While some prices can be a little on the higher side, what I really value is the peace of mind that comes with all the extra travel support Flight Centre provides. The sales agents are knowledgeable, attentive, and take the time to clearly explain the fine print. I’d much rather book here than try to manage everything on my own.

Had a great travel experience to Japan and Korea with Kurt organising it. Our tour was with Wendy Wu touring company, a 18 day Japan uncovered, prepare yourself for crowds, we hit all the major tourist spots wonderful organised, had marvellous food experience. Unfortunately we had a Japanese contractor for a tour guide and the accent was a little difficult to follow, our tour number was greater than 18 people which was also hard for our guide. We saw lots of fantastic tourists spots. Korea on the other hand was a private short 5 day tour which was wonderful, our guide was great! In both tours there was something for everyone. A average level of fitness was required if visiting palaces, castles and temples etc as there were some steep steps, and hills to climb, and the bus parking was not always next to the main attraction. Kurt did a grand job organising our tour with Wendy Wu touring company!
Kurt Johnston deserves the 5 stars! My booking was perfectly done and his communication excellent. My daughter's ticket was booked through the app and had a missing flight that caused us trouble and inconvenience. Therefore my 5 stars belongs to the best agent who assisted me, thank you Kurt Johnston.
I’ve just had the best experience with Sujith. He helped me book flights for my mum and I and my toddler to fly to Ireland in a few months time. He really listened to what we were wanting in terms of times and dates, got us such a fantastic deal, communicated so well throughout and everything was done so quickly and efficiently. He even went direct to the airline to ask questions I had about travelling with my toddler which is a very scary prospect. Cannot fault the service at all I would 100% get Sujith to help us with our next trip, thank you so much!!!
I had a bad experience with ALLY - agent at Botany flight centre (at Botany town centre). She was not friendly when I came. I tried to ignore her attitute and still book a ticket through this agent. It costed me almost $3000, not a small amount. I hope that their service would be good and secured. But after that, it was very hard to contact her. When I need my ticket infor update, i emailed her, texted her and waited for many days but she has not responded eventhough my case was urgent ( I was overseas and cannot call her). I contacted another staff and they said she is still working as usual. I believe she read all of my emails and texts but she still ignored me. This is very unprofessional and i feel i wasted my money to book my ticcket through this agent. I never come back here again. NO RECOMMENDED.
I popped in Botany Town branch of Flight Center around 12pm today after browsing some flights to Melbourne using Flight Center Website with a couple of questions to ask/confirm from their staff. I explained my traveling to a staff, then she who looked in late thirties to early forties said if I made my booking through her I had to pay $75 and I asked her quite simple basic questions like Covid restrictions, etc. before booking and she said she couldn't answer until I booked in through her. To hear that I stepped out of the office with the ridiculousness. I was totally disgusted with her attitude. I thought she was blemishing the reputation of the Flight Center. This is my worst experience since I've dealt with the Flight Center.
The staff is amazing, so helpful. We had Victor as our flight center guru. He got everything sorted for our family holiday stress free, and he was so polite and patient with all our questions and changes. 100% would choose them again!
