   Very irresponsible and insensible( James and her manager) absolutely coward. I phoned they told me to get there around 10 for a simple certified copy of my son’s passport. I had to wait there for than 30 minutes while my son and sleeping son burning in the car in this hot weather; james manager was on the phone for the entire time without showing up and the 1 minute job wasn’t get done. Shame on you.
