   A bit of a late review, but Danny helped me with an employment issue I had back in 2023 after a redundancy and company restructure. He was very professional, helped put me at ease through the whole process (I had never been through MBIE mediation or ERA processes), and I really felt like he was on my side the whole time and wasn't going to let the other party steamroll me just to wrap everything up quickly.
