   Do not order a intense move in move out clean . They will talk it up, website even confirms they will do all cleaning from every nook and crany. Staff will say they will come with a steam cleaner. In the end when they haven't cleaned they will then say it's just a dust. And you have to pay more money to get them back until you get the boss. Who will send someone but repeats the same process. Spray bottle and a rag doesn't make a cleaner. They don't clean from top to bottom. Which means you dirty what little they have done. They will spot clean only. The small bits they did, they did well. But the house still needs a decent clean. Even though they say they won't take your money until after the clean is done thats a lie. They take the money before they even arrive. You will be left waiting for hours on multiple days for your cleaners to arrive. They have promised my money back. Heres hoping they deliver.

   Really poor quality 'clean'. New build without any furniture should be straightforward yet they couldn't manage it. Had to come back as had missed spots with the vac, didn't look mopped, dust on surfaces and windows not done at all. After the 2nd 'clean' looked like windows had been done with a dirty old rag and still not a quality clean. Would definitely steer clear of them.

   I highly recommend Sparkle Cleaning Service. They have just completed a deep clean of my Mother in Law’s house. Joinery, Windows, walls, ceilings, cupboards, oven etc. And today, back to do the cleaning of the carpets. Outstanding service, & I am thrilled with how the house has come up.
