Hello All, Good people but lacked experience with our business accounting affairs. They may know Xero inside-out. However, this came at the expense of their Customer Care and communication skills, which for us needs attention. We are a franchisee with InXpress; NZ102 (freight-forwarders). I met Daclan at a PBT event for SMEs on the 27.10.22. We were struggling with Xero (..we still are) and he offered their services, at the time a self-declared Xero expert. After we signed up, Daclan was really difficult to get a hold of via email and phone for any queries. We dealt more with his team of classifiers/compilers. We got their invoices quicker than some of their replies - They were not cheap for us. Almost 3 times more costly than our previous provider, who we have gladly gone back to. Since, we could not justify the cost of their services vs the quality of their services. For us, no value for money, which made no business sense to continue. This feedback is more for other SMEs, to please exercise your 'Due Diligence' and ask plenty of questions if unsure. Please, ensure they understand your business accounting needs. Don't make our mistake and assume you are in 'Good-Hands'. Hence, One Star!
