Recommend 100% saw Rob and he was great, very friendly relaxed manner that immediately put me at ease. He took the time to talk everything through and listen to me. I then saw Louise the hygienist, she was amazing too. So friendly and engaged, she took the time to ask, listen and explain. I have massive anxiety about going to the dentist, but would see this team again tomorrow! Thank you so so much for genuinely caring and making this so much better. I will see ypu again!
This is my reason why I left this dental clinic. I’ve just started with them and it was going to be my third appointment which I was looking forward to. I really like this clinic, but things did not go well this time. (1) during my up coming appointment, a week or few days or even the day before appointment. No one communicated. I only got texts of a friendly reminder for my appointments schedule. (2) 25mins before appointment when I was 5mins away from destination. The Receptionist called & ask if I’ve taken tablets an hour before my appointment. I replayed no, no one contact me. (3) she replied that we can’t do the appointment if I didn’t take the tablet. I replied, its a bit to late now and I’m nearly there. She asked where I drove from, & I said Manukau but really Greenlane. She replied come inside & she will talk to the dentist. (4) I went in & waiting patiently. She approached me & apologised then got straight into, they can’t carry on with the appointment, cause I didn’t take the tablet an hour before my appointment which was said before. She ask if I’ve taken them before on my last appointment, & I said yes but I didn’t realise that you have to continue taking them every time you have an appointment . Again no one communicated with me. (5) Then she said when can I book your next appointment and get your tablets. I replied, so that’s it. Nothing you can do. She says no I’m sorry. I then said do I get a discount or half price for my next appointment. Still no I’m sorry. (6) & again she ask when do you want to book your next appointment. I said no, don’t book my appointment & tablets. Don’t bother I’ll find another place & left. Not only did they not contact me to prep & take the tablets, but they called me 25mins before my appointment. I also told them I drove from manukau which has wasted my time & petrol that they couldn’t compensate for. If they gave half price or some sort of discount for my next appointment I would gladly stay. This is unprofessional & it wasn’t even my fault So to all you patient that go to Queen Street Dental. Please be aware of your appointments with them. Just double check incase what you need to do ahead of time & specially driving from a far distance.

I have always loathed going to the dentists and suffer massive anxiety when I need to. These guys are amazing, friendly, understanding, patient and genuinely caring. I have never felt so at ease and am over the moon with my treatment and the end result. Can’t recommend highly enough.

I really like Queen street dental because I had a few bad experiences with dentists and hygienist in the past. I remember telling Sharyn, the hygienist, that I hated negative dentists and I didn't like being told off because my teeth were stained and she said 'We are not like that here'. And she was right. My visits to Sharyn have been great. She is friendly and positive and has a good rapport with people. I am no longer stressed out when I leave there and it is cheaper than anywhere else I have been in the past. My teeth are in good health now and I no longer hate going to the Hygienist & dentist. I recommend Queen street dentist to everyone I can. They're the best. And thanks again to Sharyn for making my visits a positive experience instead of a bad one. I really appreciate it.
Best dentist I have ever been too. The first one that doesn't try to get me do expensive work but instead presents the whole situation and invites an educated decision without pressure. Easy parking and incredibly friendly staff. Makes dentist visits a lot less scary!
