   After estimating the job at 24 person-hours (around $1,500) they then proceeded to more than double this estimate. Charged us for 60 hours. The best the owner was willing to offer was a 5% discount, despite the fact that they charge for their workers at $60 each per hour, while only paying them $26-$30 per hour. We had firm quotes much lower than the $3,933 they charged us, so it was poor form to underestimate their abilities to such an astounding degree.
