I bought a leather Aviator's jacket from Zosack. Because the jacket was made to order, the delivery was slow - longer than I expected. But I'm very happy with the end result. It's everything I hoped for and will last me a lifetime.

Worse company ever don't ever purchase from them you will never get your product, my brother purchased a jacket in March and still hasn't received it and I've contacted them numerous amounts of times on where the product is and they are making up all kinds of excuses to me and won't refund the $330 dollars my brother paid for the jacket. Ridiculous. I'm going to lodge a claim with the disputes tribunal as I've given them too many chances. And I'm reporting them to consumer New Zealand and Afterpay.
BUYER BEWARE. Purchased a rug at advertised price, in the day I expected delivery, received a message asking to pay $100 more due to pricing error. Dishonest, dishonourable. Find an honest business to purchase from. Customer satisfaction is far from achieved.
We ordered a cow hide rug. The rug its self is very nice, when it was finally received. Took over 2.5 months to get it, after numerous emails and lies about tracking. It was only sent and a tracking number received when I demanded my $$ back, 2 months after the initial order was placed. I wouldn't recommend this company!
I have given 5 stars, but if there were 10, I would give 10. These guys are the best. They were in communication with me right from the start to the finish. I'm am so happy with my jacket. Nothing was a problem, and if there was going to be, they would have fixed. They are very polite, understanding, and professional. I'm so happy with them, I'm going to be buying another one. Oh and the quality, is 100% better than I thought it was going to be. Zosack fashion ltd have me hooked. AAA+++
