   2nd Time’s the Charm! Loved our 4x4 Caribbean over the main deck (self install back in 2024 took 6 hours) so much we decided to get a 4x3 Baltic to protect the spa. The motorisation, LED and pull down blind upgrades cost a bit more, but are totally worth it! Great product, great service, highly recommend!!

   Firstly: The design of the sturdy barockish wooden garden seat is excellent. It fits perfectly in the Greek-temple style of the wooden mausoleum I build in my garden for the ashes of my deceased lovely wife for contemplation. (see photo) Secondly: The timber- and finish- quality are excellent too. Thirdly: The construction is perfect and putting it together was easy and intuitive (if you have done something like that before) it took me 15 minutes. Fourthly: The price, including the cost of delivering, is excellent too That are 4 A's (or tens) from me. You can't do any better and I am very lucky and happy that I found your great seat on the Web. Thanks for an excellent product! Albert Waijers.

   I had been eying up the Agave Cantilever 3M square umbrella for a while and waited until they came on sale with 25% off. I went to the Auckland store and was served by Jaine, she showed me the store display and gave me a run down on how easy it worked. Placed my order, bought the 100kg granite base to go with it. Arranged delivery which was quick they had it in stock at their warehouse. It was delivered in 3days. Didn’t take very long to put together, the instructions were very good. There are spare screws (we’re hoping they’re spare). We are super happy with it. It’s solid, we know it’s not going to blow over in the wind, it’s super easy to use. The sunbrella fabric is great, we feel it reduces the heat when we are under it. It’s so nice to sit underneath. Having the cover is great and the pole to help put the cover over is a great thought. The base is super heavy but it does have castors which is great to move it around. Overall very happy with the investment.

   Had a great visit to Living Culture, Hamilton. Was looking for durable, easy clean outdoor furniture that looks fabulous and there was a range to choose from. Particularly wanted something different and came away very happy. See the photos of my new Amy patio chairs, Ava dining chairs in green, Ashley 3 piece conversation set in green and the fabulous Tuba extendable patio table. Seats 8 comfortably when extended and the 8 chairs still fit perfectly when centre piece drops down to fold away. Easy and smooth to fold in and out. Thanks go to Malcomn who was really knowledgable, super helpful and good fun!

   We initially ordered 3 patio screens 2m x 3m grey as we wanted to update our deck area We then ordered a 4th one so that we have complete privacy on our L shaped deck Extremely happy with the result Hubby overlapped the posts so that there was no gap albeit a small one We noticed instant relief from the sun and heat that usually floods that area, and bonus that we now have privacy. Oh and our pets are happy as well, I have added a Pic of our cats wee arm as he is getting some shade while also being able to peek out the bottom to be nosey Would absolutely recommend this product, very satisfied with our purchase

   We bought two of these awesome awnings, a 3.0m x 2.5m and a 4.0m x 2.5m. The awnings were easy to install, and easy to adjust to suit our outdoor area. They are very good quality, and beautifully finished. They are also easy to wind out and in as required. The sales staff were very friendly, and the boys at the the Panmure warehouse were great, they loaded the awnings straight onto our trailer exactly as we required for our long trip home, thank you.

   Terrible products and service We purchased a dog run from here, had to wait months for it to arrive. Once it did, we realized it was cheap nasty materials. Nothing lined up properly, the netting is horrible and they didn't supply enough clips for the netting to attach! It has rusted after a couple of months and our 2 dogs ripped through the netting on multiple occasions. We contacted and said how disappointed we were, they replied saying it is completely normal! They offered $80 as we have had to go buy more products to get this to an appropriate standard. We refused and after many back and forth with no apologies we ended up with half our money back. Very disappointed and would never shop here ever again.

   Customer service is really bad and the product is even worse. Would give 0 stars if it was possible. Was forced into accepting credit instead of a refund for a faulty and quite frankly dangerous child’s bed, the second thing we bought with the credit was broken and discoloured but they wouldn’t refund as it was bought with a credit. Not going through this again. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

   Great space. Great range. Some good pricing. A LITTTTLE difficult to access if yr in peak traffic and haven’t visually assessed exactly where they are. Plenty of parking. Certainly plenty of outdoor options. ADDED bonus- the rug dude with his wide range of rugs in the back of the space

   We bought a 3m x 4m freestanding louvre roofed pergola in white. We are delighted with the quality and finish of the structure and with its ease of assembly. Installation took just over a day with all parts being of a high quality and an excellent fit. Everything went together exactly as it should and the finished product looks amazing! We would recommend Living Culture to anyone looking to compliment their outdoor areas with high quality items at a very competitive price.
