   I had made an appointment for a wheel alignment at 11:30 the day before. However, when I arrived on time, they told me there was no available spot and that I would have to wait for an hour and a half. What’s the point of making an appointment then? Since I had driven a long distance and planned my day around this, I had no choice but to kill time for an hour and a half before returning to get the wheel alignment done. After the service, I asked if the technician would take the car for a test drive to ensure everything was working properly. The owner said he would do it himself. He started the car and was about to drive out when he received a phone call. He left the car idle and went to take the call, leaving me waiting for over ten minutes. Since I had to get back to work in the afternoon, I couldn’t wait any longer. I told him to hurry up because I needed to return to work, but he impatiently said he was on the phone and told me to keep waiting. After waiting a little longer, I told him I couldn’t wait any more and asked his technician to take the car for a test drive. He simply waved his hand, instructing the technician to drive the car out of the workshop, and then handed me the keys and let me go. I strongly advise everyone not to choose this auto repair shop. The experience was terrible, their attitude was poor, and the wheel alignment didn’t feel any different than before the service.

   I recently had new tyres and alloys fitted at Valley Tyres and couldn’t be happier with the service. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process quick and hassle-free.    Very poor workmanship. Damaged all my wheels installing new tyres and never said a thing when it’s done. Didn’t get the alignment right either. Maybe that’s just normal practice there. Definitely not worth the trouble if you value your time and car. Update: After talking to the owner and getting my wheels fixed, I’m grateful how things turned out. If there’s a silver lining to this hiccup, it’s that my wheels look even better than before. Thanks Tony.

   Had a wheel alignment done tyres were in good condition I noticed one of the numbers on the alignment stood out as if it wasnt adjusted as accurately as the others 6 months later now one tyre is badly worn Hard to say if its come out of alignment afterwards or what Quite sure the alignment wasnt done as well as others ive had

   I had a tyre puncture. After being somewhere else and told I needed a brand new tyre, I came here to double check that was the case. The man on the front desk was extremely helpful. Checked to see he could do it and had it fixed in 20 minutes (they saved me $500 on a new tyre!) Grateful that they took the time to explain it to me and were very friendly. Highly recommend these guys!

   I took my car here for wheel alignment and balancing and received exceptional service. The guys not only did a great job, but they answered all my questions and clarified all my doubts around balancing. They also took my car for a test drive to verify and validate an existing issue with my car. They were pretty quick with the job too and I didn't have to wait too long. I would surely recommend them if you're around the area. Only hassle for me was that is was really far, however it was worth the drive. Thanks team of valley tyres!

   Excellent service and assistance, and Tony and Matthew are both easy to talk with, so accommodating and super friendly! Place is comfy and relaxing, and their service machines, equipment and lifts are clean and tidy. Products are neatly arranged, and you can ask for some discount as well! Location is easy to find.
