   We’ve had a great experience with Premium Kids Care! The staff are warm, attentive, and genuinely care about the kids. My child always comes home happy and full of stories about the fun activities they do. The afterschool program is well-organised, and the holiday program offers a great mix of play, creativity, and learning. Communication with parents is easy and professional, and the environment feels safe and welcoming. Highly recommend for families looking for quality afterschool or holiday care.

   The former review of one star is completely inaccurate, best after school care in the area. Amazing staff who really treat the children like their own, such a safe space for kids to have fun. My experience with PKC has always been positive with my three kids. They were at the after school care since 2011-2017 and I never had any issues, highly recommend.

   They just sent txt to me that they won't be able to look after my son. I don't know why they don't even want to help him or to know why he acted that way, was that because he's diagnosed ADHD child and he tried to protect their stuff not be broken by other kids? Or maybe because he's an Asian so they can't treat him as their child, if that way then I UNDERSTAND it.
