I have been in here numerous times. Staff are always efficient and courteous, some are more friendly than others. It always seems to be a bitbof a wait but they get the job done in the end.
Great convention location but poorly designed and laid out. But perhaps this is just as they need bollards and rops so a orderly line can form
I needed to send a letter to Australia. I never did that before, and I couldn't have met more unhelpful staff. They forced me to fill a customs form on my phone (what if I didn't have data? what if my phone had no charge?), and the website glitched, so I had to do that twice. I heard a few loud sighs, as if the staff couldn't wait to clock out... which is understandable, but not very helpful under stress. The "cherry on top" was a paywave surcharge, which was not very clearly marked, and should be illegal practice. Also, up to 10 business days and almost $40 to send a LETTER to Australia? That's insanity.
Processed the delivery incorrectly and sent to my address and not the recipient. Itβs written plainly in vivid and was processed face to face at the post shop, and still sent to the sender?????? Absolutely unbelievable.
The old lady was very helpful. Very fast service.
if you have to visit to collect a parcel make sure to press the bell hard and multiple times be sure you hear the bell.
Didn't open the door, didn't update, let a person go in vain.

Friendly woman at the counter, but really poor signage & google maps direction! Very frustrating to see #100 on the street signage but no indication of where 110 was. NZ Post 0800 call centre was very unclear exactly where it was, I was looking for a parcel depot. Unclear directions had me driving up & down the road for an extra 5-10mins! :(
