I found the staff in this store to be amazingly helpful in repairing my Thule bike rack. They were courteous, efficient and not dismissive of my own ineptitude in fixing this rack! I would certainly use their services again
Very helpful and good service, installed my roof racks immediately while I had a coffee.
Came on a Saturday afternoon and the shop wasn’t busy at all but both staff were quite unfriendly and lack customer service unlike the other roof rack places we’ve been to. It’s like they can’t be bothered wasting their time just because my roof rack was installed by other roof rack centre.
