Installation of new mains pressure hot water cylinder by Plumbquick was handled pretty well in our opinion. This included the quotation process, confirmation of when the technician would arrive, attendance to the job on site and leaving everything clean and tidy when complete. Recommended!
Fantastic service & very professional. Technician arrived quickly & found the cause of no cold water in shower & basin & fixed easily. Gave us some good advice to avoid the issue happening again & left the bathroom spotless after finishing the job. Their pricing is great too! Much better than some other companies. Jake did a wonderful job at my house. He was able to quickly identify the source of the problem with my hot water cylinder and offered me clear alternative solutions. Either we wait for the parts or replace the entire unit. He’s very knowledgeable about the products he works with, so I felt confident trusting his professional advice. He completed the job effectively and efficiently, without needing to go back and forth to resolve the issue. Their professional service fee and unit replacement pricing were also very reasonable. I would highly recommend Jake and his company for any future issues I may encounter. Hopefully not too soon, but definitely in the years to come!
Quick response, and delivery, and completion of urgent repairs to a burst water main servicing two tennancies all within 2hrs. Key and most important point was 1st phone contact was answered by a live human and delivery of service was arranged within two minutes. And the service tradesman was prompt and efficient in his delivery of service and repair. Plumb Quick delivered where the AA Insurance consumer emergency call service failed miserably to connect me to service help through their call centre's by placing me on hold twice for upto 17minutes during the burst water pipe crisis while I was trying to deal with the situation. I would recommend ringing Plumb Quick for any plumbing emergency. I and the tenants were very happy with the Quick restoration of services.
Quickly answered my call, staff on the line were friendly and knowledgeable. Person came out at the agreed time, great guy who was knowledgeable and got on with the job, had all the work done in an hour. Price was less than expected. Wouldn't hesitate to use this company again.
Plumbing issues are never going to come at a convenient time, so you need a quick response and resolution. Dean turned up earlier than anticipated, resolved the two problems and gave great forward looking advice. Thankful for his help, which was really fairly priced.
Requested Nathan, as he had done work for us previously. (Fixing some shoddy work done by another Plumber previously employed by Plumbquick) Nathan was once again professional and sorted our tap out efficiently, despite my unwanted interference when I turned off the taps he’d turned on to bleed pressure. Although I’m happy with his work, and glad to pay for his professional knowledge to do the job, disappointed we didn’t have more say over the replacement tap. He used a nice Methvan tap, but the price charged on the invoice for said tap was over $100 more than the advertised retail price of the same tap if purchased from a bathroom retailer. Which I thought was a rather exorbitant markup for the convenience.
Great service! Great Communication! Friendly and helpful Plumber - Kane Quality products and very efficient. Installed a care toilet for our elderly father and a hand rail that has made life easier for him. We highly recommend Plumbquick and they really do get the job done quickly!
Called them after suspecting a leak. Great initial phone call, helpful staff at that end answered my questions, asked a few of their own, and worked around my schedule to have someone attend. No problem. A couple days later, after I'd completely forgotten about the appointment, I got a cheerful call asking if I was home yet. Was out doing the school run, and still at least 45 minutes away. No problem. He arrived minutes before I did, had a bit of a chat about the whats, whens, and ,whys, and got straight to work. Kept me informed on what was going on as he looked for the leak. When he found it, the fix was quick, neat, and both the cause and the fix were explained when he was finished. No problem. Courteous, friendly, professional, and helpful. Would easily recommend.
