   Don't bother trying to send a parcel overnight no matter hom early you get it to the post it just doesn't get there in time as the service suggests! Even though you pay a pretty penny to get it done! Rather use an independent delivery service

   The post office has been closed for several months. Now opened again. It is under new management. The service is improved significantly! The Young lady is very nice! Edit after half year. ----------------- When I was dropping the pre paid parcel to this post office. The officer is not happy and said you should book online. We can not get anything from this service. It is totally free. If you bought this post office. It means you need to provide a standard post office service! Rude.

   Really bad experience I was dropping off a packed-up parcel at 11:20am today at NZ Post Shop North Harbour Central. The parcel is packed up with tracking sticker on it (the sticker is pre-paid). And I told the owner that I am dropping off this parcel. He said 'Why don't you book a pick-up online? I dont get anything from doing this. We dont like doing social services these days.' How rude and ridiculous! If you don't feel happy to receive packed parcel, please contact NZPOST to make the pre-packed parcel with booking pick up only, or ask for commission of doing this. I have paid the courier ticket and I dont understand why he is so rude to the customer.

   Really appreciated the help I got when sending an international package. Nitin went above and beyond by helping me package everything up, fill out the forms and even stayed an extra 10 minutes late to help me get it out that night as they were closing. Very kind and much appreciated!

   Went in this afternoon to send a package and the lady behind the counter was super helpful and patient and friendly. I came in very unprepared with a package that needed to be taped up and she was happy to help and gave me a permanent marker to write the address on. She genuinely looked happy to be there and looked like she loved her job which is really rare these days. Thanks again :)
