   I had a great experience with this company! Excellent communication with Nish — he was quick to reply, very patient, and explained my options clearly. Derek was fantastic: a friendly, professional plumber who arrived on time and replaced my old hot water cylinder along with all the pipes and valves. Everything went super smoothly, and I’m really happy with the job. He also shared some very useful plumbing tips, which I truly appreciated. Highly recommended!

   Many thanks to Derek at Topline. While recently fixing a cistern he discovered our watermain tap was disintegrating & advised calling Watercare. They came promptly but it was a big job to replace it so we’re very grateful to have avoided a future disaster. Even more recently Derek has done a brilliant job on our seemingly unfixable kitchen tap. He went to great lengths to source hard -to -find parts and it’s now working perfectly. We’re very grateful to Derek and Topline as always.

   Had a really positive experience with Topline Trade Services. Our hot water had lost a lot of pressure and the shower was basically dripping! Topline came out the following day, cleared dirt out of some of the feeding pipes and resolved the issue. They came as arranged, completed all work as required, didn't leave any mess and charged what they had agreed to. Really happy with their work and would recommend them to others as reliable and trustworthy.

   We engaged Topline Plumbing to replace all our legacy underground water supplies of a 8,000 sq/metre building with a state-of-the-art overhead Copper supply ring system. The results were perfect and without disruption to our business operation. All final connections to factory , office and amenities were successful and the underfloor system successfully isolated. The tradesmen were efficient, polite, and left our site tidy.

   Recently had an issue with my gas fire which is the main source of heat in the house and we are coming into winter, basically would not run and the pilot would not engage. The Topline team got back to me very quickly and had organised for one of their engineers to come on the following Monday which was very quick. This was also knowing that the particular gas fire was a discontinued line and maybe difficult to get working but they still wanted to help. Engineer arrived on time and took a lot of effort to get the fire working (but did this in one hour!), this was a huge bonus as was not looking forward to having to by a brand new fire in the current economic climate. Engineer left the work space in the lounge crystal clean, and took the time to show me how the particular fire worked and what the issues were that he fixed. Fire is roaring and we have also got a certificate for it now. Cannot recommend the Topline team enough, great service, price and turnaround. I will definitely be using them again.

   Our house had a significant leak in the main line. After having to turn the mains off, called Topline at 7.15am. Job finished by 8.30am and the concrete path left intact and the surrounding lawn returned to an excellent condition as part of the job. A continuing pattern of excellence from Topline, who we have used for years. Cheers
