We got a beautiful bouquet from Madam Rat for my wife for our wedding, they were absolutely amazing and turned out fabulously. Also, we can preserve them forever as we went for the dried everlasting bouquet. So fast and so beautiful. Go with them for your special day or any special occasion. Also, very affordable.

Cindy has been INCREDIBLE at curating some dried flower arrangements for our various office spaces. We have four different spaces across Auckland city and she went above and beyond for each arrangement – including getting a feel for each space to better inform herself as to the brief, sourcing an appropriate vase for what we were wanting, keeping me updated throughout the process, and then hand delivering the final arrangement to install it for us. I would not hesitate to recommend Cindy (Madam Rat) to anyone looking for a dried flower arrangement; she is amazing at what she does.
Super impressed by this beautiful store for so many reasons. I was gifted a lovely bunch of dried flowers by my partner for an occasion that I wanted to preserve, so I thought I'd turn it into an art installation. I am not an artistic person but luckily I found Cindy at Madam Rat who took the time to understand the look I was going for and was very patient and thorough. She had a great vision and asked for my input several times which I really appreciated. I am very pleased with the finished result, I will definitely be recommending this to my friends. Although the store is small, there are different varieties of things to look at ranging from dried flower to vases to miscellaneous homeware. These are beautifully curated by Cindy and I don't think you can find these unique pieces elsewhere. This place is perfect for gifts for mothers, friends or any new home owners wanting to jazz up their home with long lasting art. Cindy is also very passionate about what she does and knowledgeable, so it's great to ask her for suggestions.
The team at Madam Rat are honestly so amazing!!! We had popped into Madam Rat (which is such a stunning shop bursting with vivid colour) and the staff are super helpful with recommendations for putting together different dried products and getting different looks! I wanted to get a surprise bouquet for my friend as a birthday gift and the team helped every step of the way, from the size ranges to colour schemes. The bouquet turned out so beautiful and gorgeous, my friend absolutely loved it! Thanks to everyone at Madam Rat! This is definitely an amazing local business run by some amazing and talented owners :) I look forward to coming back!
