This place is very very BAD. The woman who stands at the counter guarding it like a prison warden. Is always so Then NO SERVOCE ONONE, they always have to call someone, there is never ever anyone to help on hand. It is really terrible.
Corbin from Glenfield Briscoes truly made my day. He is someone who clearly understands both the products and the customers. I arrived just as the store was closing, yet he patiently took the time to assist me and even went the extra mile to provide helpful information. Since I shop at Briscoes quite often, his guidance will be very useful in my day-to-day shopping. I couldn’t help but praise this young man for how well he does his job. With a warm smile, excellent knowledge of the products and store policies, and of course great prices, it was exactly what I needed after a long, hard day. Cheers, Corbin!
Showed a product photo to a staff, she said no if its not here we don’t have, i requested kindly if she could check. But she was busy chatting with other staff. While i was leaving i found it just next to the counter and bought it. Why do you guys even have staff?
Heaps of things on special here. I bought a soft and nice doormat. It is good quality. Customer service was friendly. The shop is big inside.
First of all: 5 stars to Moe who was on the checkout alone and dealt with 4 clients whilst trying to help me get assistance on the store. I needed help to choose a product and I waited for 15min for someone to come and - as they were understaffed - no one came. Moe single handedly helped me in between the check out clients and I left with what I was looking for. I only took the product because of her work and her work alone. I want to make it clear that this is a note on HIGH MANAGEMENT, not the employees, not the store's management, HIGH MANAGEMENT. Do better with your budget.
Smaller than your average briscoes. A bit messy as usual, but has everything you’d expect from a briscoes.
My favorite shop in Glenfiled Mall. Multiple options for Homeware. Unfortunately today got very bad experience with Staff called Daniel, easy to got angry and felt impatient. I am going to shopping with racial discrimination. Different face is fine, even no smile. But please be professional.
Ordered a bunch online on 29 December - it said “in stock pick up tomorrow” on the 10th January I’m still waiting for stock! So angry. Absolutely no point in ordering online when the website just blatantly lies and nobody actually apologises. Also got an alert to say I’ve picked up my order when I haven’t. Feel sorry for the customer service team with all the irate calls they must get.
