I have bought a couple of things from your store and i have even recommended your page to others who have purchased items. I bought a bag 3 months ago for $85 and yesterday it broke on one side so i emailed you asking for a refund. I also messaged through FB - had no reply to emails and no reply to messages but you have gone ahead and blocked me from even seeing your page and from messaging you. Is this really the way you treat your customers?

Such lovely staff and amazing items. I found 2 beautiful dresses and I couldn’t be happier. They have such an amazing amount of jewellery and bags and will definitely be going back soon. Everything is priced reasonably cheap for the quality of the clothing. Such an amazing experience, thank u!

I bought some earrings from this shop and they are honestly so beautiful. I’m really happy with how they look, especially with my Indian outfits. If you’re looking for Indian jewellery, especially oxidised pieces, I’d definitely recommend this store. That said, I did want to share something that didn’t sit right with me. The earrings I got are Indian oxidised jewellery. So it's not right seeing them marketed as “boho.” As someone from this culture, it’s frustrating to see our traditional styles constantly renamed or rebranded.

Ordered some pants, quality seems decent, only complaint is the sizing runs a little bit small. Also got given a pair of earrings I wasn't expecting so that was cool ✌️

I was really looking forward to my order, it just arrived I was excited to get it. I love the elephant tote bag and the shoulder bag but sorry the jewelry is absolute junk and not worth the money. bit disappointed the bracelet snapped soon as I put it on and they sent me the wrong necklace :( the green pendant says it's natural stone but not true, it's lightweight has plastic feel to it and doesn't feel or look like a stone or real crystal :( The elephant tote bag is pretty cool though going to use it for my hospital bag for my labor. I would buy other stuff from them apart from the jewelry I won't buy again. Not sure why it won't let me upload pics but I left a review on their Facebook page too

I purchased a bag from Urban Gypsy and found that the quality is extremely poor quality. The first bag tore at the seams after just two weeks and the replacement bag which I was assured was 'better quality' lasted only a couple of months after lockdown when I started using it. After explaining this to the business, the customer service was non-existent and they told me they could do nothing to help, despite there being significant visible damage to the bag and it not lasting long. I recommend staying away from this shop and finding products elsewhere. Whilst the products look good and the prices are fairly low, the products will not last so it is not worth it.
