Nice store friendly staff however did not offer any help once I was in the change room she did not ask if I needed any other sizes or how the fit was etc I needed other sizes but was not coming out Half dressed to ask for them I was also the only person in the store so the staff were not busy elsewhere

Store is awesome but it is really sad to come during working hours and see the door closed. There is no information on google about that.
Always amazing service at your Ponsonby store. Went in store today and got incredible service from the two girls on, they were running around after me and helping me find what I was after without hesitation. Always an enjoyable experience here
