   We gave our flats sewing machine here earlier this year to be fixed. Came off worse than before while he said he fixed it. he seemed pleasant to deal with at first, but really just made our machine worse.. Avoid this place...go to a more professional repair service who stand by their work

   The guy here is rude and obnoxious, wouldn’t listen to me on the phone, shouted at me, talked over me, interrupted me, and he has had my machine over 6 weeks. Janome’s courier broke it during transit to him, and he is now refusing to listen to a conversation about who is responsible for the breakage. He is not going to fix it unless I pay for Janomes breakage! Don’t waste your time with this guy he is a total A.Hat. I’ve never been spoken to so rudely, and I’ve never been cut off so abruptly when trying to help resolve a problem. The lady there was a bit nicer but gave me all these excuses that “he’s had a problem with Janome” well not my problem! The fact my machine has been sat there for 6 weeks without you making any effort to resolve it it absolutely disgusting.
