I dropped off my car one evening with no appointment, a bunch of strange stuff going on, and a WOF about to expire. The next day practically everything was sorted, and I drove my now smoothly moving car away with its WOF. What a relief! To sort the remaining issue I got an appointment for the next week. The mechanic, Peter, consulted with me throughout most of the process, and worked hard to identify and sort all the issues that I raised.

Took car in to get rust repair - instead of doing properly Olsen's put a bit of undercoat over rusty spot and charged $75. This is after agreeing that he was going to weld a metal piece over the rusty spot. I could have done the undercoat job myself. Also, now the door won't open properly because he failed to refit the guard properly. A con and a rip off, displaying very poor workmanship.
