   After helping my sister in Law with her car shipment through this company, I would definitely not recommend them. Very poor communication along with many extra costs made this a very stressful process.

   I had the experience of importing my 1991 Volkswagen Jetta from Christchurch to Brisbane Australia late last year. I must say Daniel and Aishwarya have went above and beyond. Guiding me through the entire export/import process from explaining the process, asbestos test and keeping me in the loop in every step of the way... The price is very fair compared to a few other options I have asked around. It is a great experience dealing with Daniel. I wished my Australian side importer would have been as transparent and fair in price as Daniel and his team....

   Highly recommend The Shipper....Daniel was amazing to deal with. I almost gave up trying to import my classic car from NZ as the regulations and rules were so confusing. No one could give me any answers but they made it so easy and took their time to walk me through everything. Daniel was always just at the end of the phone and happily got me through the whole process. If it wasn't for him I probably would have given up importing my car. He has now given me the confidence to import my other classic car and I will be using them again without hesitation. The cost was a lot less than expected and my car made it to Perth in perfect condition. Thanks so much to Daniel and the team at The Shipper.

   I don't recommend The Shipper for bringing in vehicles or goods. Poor communication. Emails not responded to. Damage to some personal goods. Not told about charges related to my car I would need to pay on arrival, which I would expect an agency to inform me of, as they are meant to be supporting our move. So very disappointed. I am only giving this an extra star as I finally received my car and majority of personal goods intact. But I would highly recommend you look elsewhere.
