   I can’t rate the clinic and Anne highly enough. I first tried acupuncture through Healing Time Clinic a number of years ago and had such amazing results after failing to find any other modalities to help me that I return every time I have other health issues. I’ve been treated for extreme back pain & spasms (with complete recovery), foot injuries, general health and now I’m addressing sinus issues with excellent results. They think outside the box and use a variety of different methods of treatment. While I’ve mainly ended up coming to be treated for specific issues, I’ve decided it will be part of my regular health maintenance programme. Don’t hesitate to come to Healing Time Clinic, you won’t be disappointed.

   I’ve had my fair share of lower-back injuries and ongoing muscle tightness over the years, so finding the right treatment has always been important to me. Choosing Ann’s acupuncture practice has honestly been one of the best decisions I’ve made this year. I’ve tried acupuncture at many practices before, but Ann’s approach is truly unique. Her practice is grounded in restoring balance throughout the body, starting from the toes and feet. I initially expected a standard acupuncture session, but based on her detailed assessment, Ann incorporated KSNS treatment as well—which made a noticeable difference. Rather than only treating where the pain shows up, she focuses on the root cause, working through the body’s meridians to restore balance and function. Ann is incredibly knowledgeable, gentle, and caring. She explains everything clearly, checks in constantly to ensure I’m comfortable, and adjusts treatment thoughtfully if needed.    It was my very first time getting treatment at an oriental/Korean medicine clinic which made me super nervous, especially since this was also my first time getting acupuncture as an adult. But Dr. Ann was incredibly professional and experienced. She made me feel comfortable right away. When I got the acupuncture, I honestly couldn’t even feel the needles going in - that’s how gentle and skilled she was! After the treatment, I could immediately feel the difference in my body. One thing that really surprised me the most was that I have poor eyesight but my vision felt clearer and colours looked more vivid right after the treatment. It was such a refreshing and eye-opening experience (literally!). Highly recommended, especially if it's your first time like me.

   After gradual worsening pain from back, hip to ankle that had developed over a period of years, I seriously needed help, but have no faith in Western practitioners. I was self administering 24/7 painkillers. My problem originated from years of high heels, carrying heavy weight, bad posture and working through pain by swallowing heavy duty drugs. Ann has been healing me from feet up, and after my first week my severe night muscle spasms had stopped completely. Basically, I wasn't even using my feet properly in a subconscious bid to escape pain. I've had to learn to walk properly all over again. After first 6 weeks I am now on road to recovery, and have a far superior understanding of maintaining correct body balance and the importance of what our bodies are telling us. I have been out of NZ for last 4 weeks, a trip I dont believe I could even have gone ahead with, without treatment to date. I'm looking forward to resuming my treatment once home in a few days and eventually getting back to my full active lifestyle I once led. Thanks Ann....see you again soon....

   I visited the clinic after severe gut issues which lead to me waking up several times a night in pain, as well as other issues including back/neck pain and general health. I worked with Sonny for a short period but most of my work was with Ann. Ann was able to fix most of my gut issues within 5 sessions and also drastically improved my back/neck pain, energy levels, menstrual cycles, weight, stress and mental health. This clinic is very holistic and looks at the whole body and how to bring it to balance rather than just trying to put band-aids on symptoms of disease- they try and fix the root cause. I am very very grateful to Ann and Sonny for significantly improving my health and well-being and allowing me to change my lifestyle. I would highly recommend this clinic and Ann to everyone wanting to improve their overall health. Thank you!

   I have used acupuncture many times over years with Sony and now Ann. I highly recommend Ann for her knowledge, care and treatment of my shoulder injury, this was causing me great discomfort and waking me regularly at night after a few seasons with her treatments I was sleeping with out waking and my range of motion was much better. I sincerely believe that acupuncture has many great benefits, it has helped my body over the years heal from injuries and improved my mental health. I would recommend to anyone to use Ann for a truely professional and friendly service.

   Ann is calm and quiet, compassionate and sincere. She has a wealth of knowledge, not only in accupuncture but also herbalism. My work involves long hours of stress, sitting and typing. This causes me neck and back pain. In one case I had a splitting headache I couldn’t get rid of for days, even after constantly taking painkillers. Ann fixed the headache and all the tension was gone after just one session. I would recommend Ann and Sonny to anyone seeking to alleviate pain or improve their health holistically.
