Supplied wrong shower rail...then supplied shower rail missing parts...third time lucky it could be fitted. Also supplied shower doors with manufacturer fault marks but manager of store tried to get out of replacement. Sent 3 months of emails and finally had to goto NZ supplier (Clearlite) who were brilliant. They do not promote NZ business nor NZ products. The manager there will not email or call back when you have the tough questions on how they can stuff things up so regularly. When you pay top dollar...which they definitely charge. You should receive top service. Trying to get put of warranty claim 2 months after fitting is shocking frankly. Goto Chester's or Mico or literally anyone else is my advice.
