   I come this repair shop to do my WOFF because I have a driving test in this week Thursday and this guy told me that it will cost around around something around 700 or 800 dollar to change tire and rim and also he told me I have to clause brake and he have to order from different city he told me he will call me in afternoon but he didn’t call. After tomorrow I came around morning first hour of opening of the shop and I call him and he told me he is coming blah blah. After coming this guy he told me I have to give my car to him for order the parts of my car from different city. I try to look from the marketplace tire and I contact them they told me I will cost only 80 dollar for tire and this guys told me the tire will cost around 180 each and I told him that I will change the tire and I will come back just change the rim and brake clause he told me that if I go and change the tire from somewhere else I will cost around 70 dollar to do like disposable to the tire 50 dollar and to fit the tire 20 dollar. I was really piss off with this man really and I go from this man to wiri to change my tire and he did really nice job with in 15 min he replace my tire and also rim I bought rim only for 30 dollar and tire 80 dollar each brand new I spend around 200 dollar only for this car and after coming here finishing repair my car this man told me I have to wait for 30 min for pass my warrant of fitness. I even don’t want to give him 1 star

   Me and my family have been taking our cars to Uma for many years now. Uma is very knowledgeable and always does great work for fair and reasonable prices. Uma always goes above and beyond to make sure our cars are all in order and we ensures we are satisfied. Would highly recommend him!

   Don’t ever go here. If you want things that don’t need fixing to be fixed this is the place for you. I know two people who have been here only to have issues soon after. And people who have been quoted fixes only to be told by VTNZ that their car is completely fine.

   Really disappointed in the dishonesty of this service. Was told my vehicle was a "ride off" and wouldn't pass a WOF... coolant leaking into engine, brake system failure, steering rack faulty, transmission on its way out etc, you name it... I was told repairs were going to cost more than the car ($4000) I then took the car to VTNZ for an inspection only to be told that there was nothing wrong & it passed a WOF with flying colors!
