Poor service and a faulty repair. I paid for a hybrid system fix which failed again within two weeks. Worse, I was promised a refund due to the ongoing faulty system, but despite multiple emails, the refund has never been processed, and communication has completely stopped. Do not recommend this business...
I visited the shop to check an issue with my vehicle’s electrical system. The owner kindly fixed the rear door, which was hard to close, without charging me. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. A highly recommended workshop — I really appreciated their great service. Thank you!☺️
Highly recommended for hybrid battery repair! My Toyota Aqua hybrid battery was said to be replaced, but I wasn't pleased with that response from a big servicing station. They just blindly went with the error code and made this suggestion. Luckily, I found this shop and had my hybrid battery repaired at an economical price. My car has been running smoothly since then. It's been more than a month now, and no issues have been found so far. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and easy to interact with, highly responsive. They clearly communicated when my vehicle would be ready for collection, and everything was completed exactly as promised. It's refreshing to find a shop that delivers on their word. If you're looking for expert hybrid battery repair with excellent customer service, look no further. Highly recommended! They also give a 6-month warranty if, in case, we have any issues with the repaired battery. L
Extremely happy and impressed with the service here provided by Mr. Vahab who was very knowledgeable, kind and honest. He helped to diagnose all the issues with my hybrid Lexus when other places were charging too much. He also helped to replace my battery and my car is running smoothly now. Highly recommended!

We took a Toyota fielder for a pre-purchase check. We received very helpful and honest advice. It’s a small shop, no faff, they explained everything as they were testing it and gave us advice on how to look after the EV Battery. If I ever have a problem with my hybrid I will take it to them.
