   I would totally recommend this clinic all the staff were so lovely and kind. Explained everything I needed to know. I had a liquid rhinoplasty done with filler and love the results. The experience over all was great from booking the appointment to have the filler. The staff are all so experienced and really take the time to get things just right.

   Wonderful team at Sapphire. Highly recommend. I have tried many treatments at various places around town, spas, doctors, - so many trends but Sapphire is the most careful caring and knowledgeable team. They never promise, never oversell, but they always over deliver. A nurturing atmosphere, realistic. Don’t waste your time or money elsewhere don’t be wooed by trendy new treatments that promise results but don’t work.

   Although all staff were lovely here, my experience wasn’t the best. It was my first time getting calf botox and I was advised I would need 100 units per leg. At $18 per unit it was incredibly costly but I was willing to pay for the promised result (reduced cramping and heaviness). They put numbing cream on but it was still really painful and I struggled to walk afterwards for two days despite being told I wouldn’t have any issues. I have since found another clinic who offer calf botox at a significantly lower price ($12-13 per unit for bigger areas). They also must use a smaller needle because I don’t feel pain, just a slight prick with each injection. My new dr always starts with less units because they don’t want me wasting money. I can go back after to get a small top up if needed, but I generally don’t need it. Just putting this out there for anyone considering calf botox.

   I had an incredible hair transplant surgery experience with Dr. Garsing Wong and his team. I’ve had one done in March 2022 and another in April 2023. From the initial consultation to the final results, Dr. Wong and his team demonstrated exceptional professionalism, expertise, and care. As a consultant, I love his upfront, straightforward, evidence based and no BS approach. The surgical procedure was meticulous, resulting in a natural-looking hairline that surpassed my expectations. The surgery was pretty straightforward and painless (you get anaesthesia). The harder part was post-surgical recovery where you have to sleep on the couch and neck pillow for at least a week, and waiting for growth (which may take up to 18 months) Post-surgery, Dr. Wong provided comprehensive aftercare instructions, ensuring that I had all the necessary information and resources to support my recovery. He was readily available to address any concerns or queries I had during the healing process, further showcasing his commitment to his patients' long-term satisfaction. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Garsing Wong for anyone seeking a hair transplant surgery and happy to share my experience.

   After considering where to get a hair transplant for some time, I decided to go for a consultation at the Sapphire Clinic with Dr. Wong. Right from the get-go, the staff were very friendly and professional. The clinic itself was really nice and situated in a convenient place, with their own customer parking. During the consultation, I agreed to have the hair transplant that consisted of 500 grafts, which was recommended by Dr. Wong. My transplant happened about a week ago from this review, and the process was relatively pleasant and very professional. I arrived early in the morning and got changed into a patient gown. They gave me some medicine, consulted about what's going to happen during the procedure and then they proceeded with the transplant. There were about 6 people in the room, with a few being medical students that helped with the process. They were all very friendly and encouraging throughout the procedure. The procedure itself was pretty much painless, except for the local anesthetics that had to be injected into various points of your scalp (for obvious reasons), but even this only felt like a sting and not super painful. You basically lie down either on your back or front the entire time, so I just dozed off to help pass the time. After the procedure, they gave me a post-op pack that included a spray for my transplant area, a neck pillow, ointment for the donor area and pain-relief medicine. I was also taking some antibiotics given by the clinic as I had some irritation on my donor area a few days before the procedure. It has been around a week since the procedure now, and it has been entirely painless and with little issues. The worst part was probably having to sleep upright (as your transplant area isn't allowed to touch anything for a few days to ensure the grafts don't fall out), but the neck pillow provided helped with comforting myself while sleeping like that. I haven't had to take any of the pain relief medicine they gave as I've had no pain issues. Would highly recommend the Sapphire Clinic if you're thinking of getting a hair transplant or on the fence about it. At the least, I would recommend getting a consultation with Dr. Wong to see what's possible to be done about your hair.

   Honest Review The Sapphire Medicine Clinic was extremely friendly and welcoming from the reception desk to the Doctors preforming the operation , Their approach towards the procedure helped me feel comfortable and at ease, answering any query I had. My appointment was held on the 17/09/2020 with Dr Garsing Wong who preformed a transplant of up to 700 FUE , The Team consisted of two Nurses and two Doctor, they were all extremely patient with me and my nervousness with needles. Everything seemed to have gone well but I did have some concerns about the information I overheard between the two Doctors concerning a new method being used for my 700 FUE transplants as they were left in room temperature and were not refrigerated while waiting for my incisions to be prep for surgery, with the secondary Doctor being surprised while looking in the storage fridge. I personally found this discussion to be somewhat nerve-racking when hearing this information and makes me wonder if this might of played a part in the failure of my transplant. Unfortunately my operation had taken placed during the pandemic and I am yet to have a final follow-up regarding my results. My Transplant resulted in a failure from an infection that appeared over the transplanted sections resulting in a lose of around 80% of the transplanted hair and also my original hairline sections leaving me worse then I was before. - This was obviously a risk I was willing to take from the operation and was aware a infection could happen. My Final concern is that I had asked before the operation if Antibiotics was needed or if it was a good option to have some on hand, I was told that the Paraffin BP Ointment 50/50 that was provided would be enough, and that all i had to do was follow the steps in the paper , During my period of recovery i had painful sleepless nights that i had raised to Dr Garsing and was asked to send multiple photos of my sculp to review, during this period we were still recovering from the pandemic and so i was unable to go see Dr Garsing for a one on one consolation, I asked if i should get Antibiotics and was told again i would not need some. After my last checkup i was told that Antibiotics was a option and that it could have helped prevent my infection and helped me get the results i wanted, this had left me upset and angry after raising this a few times prior. All in All, I found the team to be approachable and welcoming but i remain skeptical that I had gotten the best result as of the antibiotics situation. Thanks Shanon

   I have been here multiple times and very happy with the service.. The doctor is extremely knowledgeable and explains the procedure in detail. I deducted 1 star because after my Vitamin C Infusion, I faced side effects and was dizzy, nauseous and had a terrible headache for 2 days - their website says that can happen if the infusion is done too quickly.

   I have had the most fantastic service from Margaret and Garsing and the rest of the the team at the Sapphire Clinic. Margaret and Garsing are exceptionally knowledgeable and very compassionate. I knew I was in the best hands from my very first visit. I have been back many times since, enjoying microdermabrasion, fillers, Botox and cryolipolysis. I now feel like a better version of me and my self confidence has greatly increased. Many thanks Sapphire Medical Clinic!
