So lucky to have picked up so many cool pieces from LE, with the 50% off sale we would have spent 10grand total ..... we saved 4500. 22 pieces in total. 10 large pieces and the rest small bits. The staff are bloody amazing friendly and so helpful. Good to check them out in person as some pieces are not online. With stores are well worth the visit.
Appalling company!!! Whilst they have lovely pieces and their store sales people are very friendly and helpful, that’s where it ends. Their warehouse, logistics manager and owner, take no accountability when they make a mistake. I had confirmation of delivery date and when they failed to deliver, they left it to me to sort the issue and then refused to pay the difference in freight caused by their error. My $385 freight bill became $1150. They gave me $235 towards it. The other option they offered was to refund my order, one that I had gone to Auckland and selected (amongst many other items) and which would leave me back at square one having to go back out to find more furniture. I note 4 other furniture companies all managed to deliver on the day and on time. Look out if you ever have an issue with their products if this is how they treat customers. No care No responsibility. Definately not looking for repeat business.
Stumbled across them on Facebook and I’m glad we did. They have a fantastic range of products you don’t see everyday and the staff were amazing to deal with and super helpful. Can’t recommend them enough. Cheers!
Had the pleasure of being served by Adrienne! She was so helpful and engaging right when we walked in. Definitely made it easier to find exactly what I was looking for and got to bond with her for the short amount of time I was there. She was absolutely lovely, soft-spoken, with a great patience level, great listener too and she was not at all pushy salesperson. 10/10 customer service! Because I'm too from a retail/target based industry and I know that sales drill and pitch. Even though we paid in advance and supposed to collect our item by next week, but she still follow up and remind us couple of times that means her after sales service is also top-notch, we got the best customer experience all around. Had a wonderful time wandering through their flagship store looking at all the interesting weird & wonderful options. Bought some things & the service was brilliant throughout. Couldn't have been more helpful. I look forward to visiting again some time in the future.

Quite rude shop owner. Seemed to be suspicious of us stealing from the shop, tried to compliment her on the store and felt quite discouraged. Not shopping here again, very expensive.
