The process of navigating the healthcare system and understanding funding options seemed daunting, and I was prepared to cover the full costs myself, which would have been a significant financial burden. The lack of knowledge about available support was a major pain point.Her approach was highly professional yet incredibly supportive. This was a wonderful experience thanks to Joana. She returned my call without me even leaving a message & she happily obtained the necessary information relating to the subsidy. This was the most professional fitting in the 15 years since my mastectomy & I came away confident that finally I had the correct size in both bra & prosthesis. I am about to have mastectomy surgery & was delighted to find this shop. Their range of products is great, Joana was very patient & knowledgeable and showed me a range of suitable bras pointing out advantages of each one. Came in to NaturalWears store In Onehunga to Purchase some compression garments for an incident on my leg. The staff were Insanely helpful and recommended a few products which drastically reduced swelling within a day! Highly recommend there compression products
