These guys take customer service to a whole new level. Firstly spoke to Gavin who took the time for a friendly kiwi chin way. Then immediate tow services was arranged, with the driver calling first and showing up exactly when he said he would. I'm still getting my head around how these guys managed to complete all the repairs with quality workmanship second to none, thoroughly test the vehicle, and have it back to me within days. I highly recommend Onehunga Collision Repairs no matter where you are based. Much gratitude from a very satisfied customer. These guys are pure legends!!!
In all honesty, I cannot give enough kudos to Gavin and his team at Onehunga Collision Repairs. My car required work and around the windscreen and I decided to get a few other areas sorted too. It all hits hard in the pocket when it's not an insurance claim and Gavin totally gets this. Whilst doing the repairs it opened up further areas which needed attention which included a guard needing replacement and not a repair. He supplied me with photos and we discussed the best options.....for me. Everything was completed on the agreed date and to an extremely high standard and my car had a great wash too. It's the first time I've walked away expecting my pocket to be substantially drained as a result of the extra work, that was far from the outcome here. So, would I recommend Gavin and his business to you, I sure would. Thanks guys.
